Recently had a client send me information they received from Evette Neddo-Burgess of www.Metaxpert.com. The client stated that her web design proposal to him was for $35,000 for website! You read that correctly $35,000! We did the website for the client for $49/mo! He said he found them on Craigslist when he posted the ad in Orlando, Florida. These web design companies on Craigslist are just people set up to steal your money and give you a bad experience with web developers.

www.atlantabesthomes.com is a website built for a Realtor in Atlanta, GA for Real Estate obviously. If you take a look at the front page you will see a ton of links and you can tell that some company or they did this on their own thinking it would yield high search results. However, by looking at their www.alexa.com ranking you will see it's not that great. I bet they spent thousands to SEO companies or development companies to do this and if not they probably have spent 100's of hours on this website.
